This seasonal floral bouquet contains a variety of classic flowers picked daily at the nursery. Choices of flowers change with the seasons to ensure freshness and long vase life. A typical arrangement throughout the year includes roses, freesia, carnations, alstroemeria and chrysanthemums with ruscus in the autumn and winter, statice in the spring and limonium throughout the summer.

The flowers are excellent But I ordered them to arrive on March 11th they arrived on March 13th.
The email requesting a review came on March 9th. The flowers are fine but your organisation needs to be made more efficient

Hi Shelagh, really sorry about the late delivery. We normally post 2 days in advance but as the 11th was a Tuesday they were posted on the Monday 10th. We would expect about 90% to be delivered the following day and the remainder in 2 days. It appears Royal Mail let us down on this occasion.

I stupidly put the shipping address as my home address, phoned you up and left a message, and five minutes later my call was returned by a very cultured gentleman who completely understood and told me not to worry as ‘this happens to us all’. My sister, who was on the receiving end of the flowers, just loved them and sent me a photo. Very impressed with the service – and the delivery was a day earlier than I had expected.
